I don't do many Advisor gigs, but this is a group doing the work to elevate the voices of women in sales (+ our male allies). PS - I'm proud to say that I've joined Women in Sales as an Advisor. And, while you're at it, lift up others along the way. Keep your eyes forward and ignore the noise. We hold ourselves to timelines, milestones, achievements that someone ELSE decided should be our definition of success. I say this because in Sales - we are often our own worst critics. I don't list all of these things as a humblebrag (though i appreciate it's def giving that 🤮 ). Crossed 40k followers on here (silly, but I grew by 20k this year and i'm proud of it) Gained confidence and got better at not attaching my self-worth to my work. Made new friends who inspire me and push me to challenge myself. Left that and started my own business (DemandJen)/ Joined my first startup as a first-time Marketer. I quit a company I worked at for 18 years. I got married to the love of my life + became a stepmother to 4 beautiful kids. To say this past year has been a year of change and growth is an understatement. They volunteered to speak to irate, upset, frustrated customers who were stranded over the holidays.īecause of this culture of pure ownership, pride and integrity in their individual work, and their team values to support others.īut, when crisis strikes, SWA’s story teaches us that it makes the difference.
